About the Role
Our Portable Trade Show Coordinator has the ability to multitask and compartmentalize information very well. They are
responsible for making sure that our portable trade show clients have flawless experiences at their shows. The ideal
candidate will possess extreme organizational skills, be able to keep many balls in the air at once, and have a memory
like an elephant! All while working under tight deadlines.
They will work well on their own within our systems and processes while communicating details to our team, clients, and
vendors. This person will focus heavily on knowing the client, the client's inventory, the client's annual show
