* Personal cares to include assistance in ADL's, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dinning assistance. Also
provides assistance with preparing meals, laundry and maintaining a clean, safe physical environment
* Observing and reporting of any changes of condition to management
* Answer call lights timely and properly
