Compensation : Annual Base Salary of $3 95 ,000 , wRVU based production incentives and annual quality bonus up to
$10,000.00 . Our compensation is standard across the Urogynecologist specialty . Additionally, there is a $25,000 Sign
on Bonus, and Relocation assistance (if applicable).
