company's fleet, including trucks, trailers, and other equipment. This role involves coordinating repairs, negotiating

with vendors, collaborating across departments, and resolving claims efficiently. The Adjuster operates with a high

level of autonomy, demonstrates strong technical expertise, and supports the development of best practices and junior

team members.
