About the Role
PATIENT DRIVER AT PROVIDENCE SEASIDE HOSPITAL
POSITION PURPOSE: Provide transportation, companionship, and assistance to program-eligible clients. This includes
transportation within Clatsop County, as well as driving clients to Portland or Longview medical appointments as
necessary. Back up the Volunteer Coordinator in the Volunteer Services office as needed.
NATURE AND SCOPE: Providence Seaside Hospital provides and coordinates the Partners for Seniors program. The program
provides support for community members who may have personal limitations, so that they can maintain their independence.
