We are looking for a responsible, experienced, self-starter to join our Maintenance Team working 20 hours a week at our

apartment community in Algona, IA.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

· On-Call availability

· Pre-employment background check required

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
