About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager is a key driver of sales and customer satisfaction within our retail stores. Responsible for
shaping a comprehensive store strategy aligned with our corporate values and mission, the individual oversees
operational aspects including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising. The ASM
actively collaborates to achieve store objectives and facilitates team development. The employees’ weekly hours will be
adjusted to 32 or fewer as per business needs.
