Parks Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Parks Foreman, assists with parks maintenance needs including the upkeep of

facilities and properties managed by the Parks Division to include maintenance, landscaping, and sports field

management. Must be available for occasional evening and weekend shifts during peak season and special events. Major

Responsibilities: Participates in turf maintenance activities, including mowing, seeding, sodding, fertilizing,

aerating, irrigating, and pesticide application. Participates in the installation and maintenance of the irrigation

system Operates equipment, including string trimmers, edger, chainsaw, push mower, zero turn mower, pole saw, pressure
