About the Role
TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR
Provides transportation of families and individuals involved with outpatient programs to medical and/or mental health
appointments.
1. Transports clients to appointments as needed in the community.
2. Assures availability of materials and supplies and insures the provision of a clean and safe environment for clients,
families, and staff.
