About the Role
The Operations Manager will take ownership of the Bakken operations and build a culture of relentless pursuit of
exceptional customer service, while putting in place the processes and procedures to sustain growth. The successful
candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit to work in an early-stage company as it deals with rapid expansion, and
the technical and management skills to manage a team of our shop personnel in an industrial operations setting.
**Must reside in Williston, ND.**
