About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our remote lodge inside
Glacier Bay National Park & Preserve. This role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the lodge by providing
leadership for multiple guest service departments, including the front desk, courtesy transportation, housekeeping
leadership oversight, and the guided boat tour operation.
The Operations Manager works closely with department heads, including the Housekeeping Manager, Boat Tour
