About the Role
OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE - DAY SHIFT
The role will serve as a front-line machine operator and aid in the production processing work across the factory's 24/7
compressed shifts. In this role, you will set up production equipment, prepare raw materials for production, and perform
verifications of materials to complete the production batches successfully. Skills needed for a successful Operations
Associate are critical thinking and problem solving, attention to detail and a quality focused mindset. The schedule for
this opening is 5:30AM-6PM Sunday-Tuesday, rotating Wednesdays (A-Shift).
