About the Role
NURSING ASSISTANT II - FLOAT POOL
The Nursing Assistant performs designated tasks in the provision of age-appropriate care for patients under the
direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Obtains and documents reported height and weighs patient on admission and documents.
- Turns and positions patients every 2 hours as indicated, using proper body mechanics.
- Assists and promotes activity, ambulation, up in chair and other activities as ordered.
