NURSE PRACTITIONER / PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT – JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION SUMMARY

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will provide high-quality health care and emergency treatment to patients.

This includes health promotion, disease and disability prevention, identification and management of health concerns, and

coordination of referrals. The provider will practice within the scope of their licensure and, when applicable, under

appropriate supervision as defined by state regulations.
