About the Role
Our Nurse Practitioners serve local communities throughout South Carolina providing direct clinical care of clients in
residential homes, assisted living and independent-living facility settings. We provide Primary and Palliative Care for
home-bound, those with transportation challenges, and the geriatric population.
Reports to: Vice President of Operations
