Nurse Residency Programs across the health partners are designed to provide new nurses with the knowledge, skills, and

critical behaviors needed to be successful starting their new career . N ewly graduated nurses will engage with

experienced nurses, nurse educators, and subject matter experts in a series of classes, hands on skills sessions, and

precepted clinical experiences in order to be able to safely and confidently provide quality care to patients. Clinical
