About the Role

BUILD WHAT MATTERS ACROSS OZAUKEE, WASHINGTON, AND NORTHERN MILWAUKEE COUNTIES

Step into a busy manufacturing floor where your day starts at the blueprint table. You’ll study drawings and welding

symbols, stage materials, and set up your station for the work ahead. From there, you’ll move between MIG, TIG, Stick,

and Flux-Cored processes—cutting, fitting, and welding steel, aluminum, and stainless to tight specifications. You’ll

check alignment, inspect every bead for strength and accuracy, and make clean rework when needed. Safety and a tidy

workspace are a constant, as is collaborating with supervisors and teammates to hit production goals.
