About the Role

The Mold Preventive Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing and executing preventive maintenance, repairs,

and conversions of injection molding tools and fixtures. This role requires advanced skills in precision machining and

bench operations to ensure molds and fixtures meet high-quality standards and remain fully operational. The Tool & Die

Maker 2 takes a proactive approach to troubleshoot and resolve more complex mold issues, ensures seamless mold

conversions, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve mold performance and optimize production

efficiency.
