The Mixing Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and tending to machines that mix ingredients used for
production and ensures results comply with specified batch requirements.

* Reads work orders to determine batch specifications or information.
* Weighs or measures ingredients to ensure conformance to batch requirements.
