JOB OPPORTUNITY AT THERMOMECHANICAL PROCESSING SCIENCES TEAM
The Thermomechanical Processing Sciences Team, in the Fabrication Manufacturing Science Group (Sigma-1), is seeking an
engineer to lead metals forming and heat-treating projects. The Thermomechanical Processing Sciences Team leads various
Research and Development (R&D) efforts investigating the forming and heat treating of metals and alloys. Our
capabilities include rolling mills, hydraulic presses, power spinning, vacuum heat-treating furnaces, and various
instruments for characterizing thermochemical properties of alloys. We support a wide variety of programs with an
