About the Role
Position Summary : The Activity Assistant supports the Lantern Program Director (LPD) and facilitates activities for
residents with varying cognitive abilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead group activities listed on the monthly activity calendar or as directed by the LPD.
2. Assist with one-on-one activities for residents who are unable to participate in group activities.
