Medical Assistant / Patient Care Assistant Northern Region

About the Role

The Medical Assistant – Northern Region manages the check-in, rooming, and check-out process for patients at regional

outreach locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both the patient and the provider. This role prepares

patient charts, may assist with procedures, educates patients on care plans, and accurately documents all actions in the

electronic medical record.

Orientation and training will primarily take place in Wausau, with some days in Rhinelander and Woodruff. After

training, this position will rotate between Rhinelander and Woodruff, with occasional travel to Wausau as needed.
