About the Role

MEDICAL ASSISTANT CARE NAVIGATOR

As a Medical Assistant Care Navigator, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support the

delivery of quality healthcare through a Ryan White funded grant program for patients living with HIV. You will identify

and resolve barriers to care, provide administrative support, and clinical care as delegated by licensed clinical staff

within the scope of a Medical Assistant. This position typically works at the PHC University Campus in Des Moines and is

typically scheduled to work 40 hours per week: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
