MECHANICAL SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN

SAIC is currently seeking a Mechanical Systems Technician in Middletown, RI. The candidate will work to support the MK48

Shapes program and will be tasked to support maintenance, repair & upgrade of heavyweight torpedo shapes for U.S. Navy

and FMS customers. Shape categories include Launch Vehicles, Training Shapes, Fitment Shapes, Dummy Launch Vehicles,

Pre-Settable Launch Vehicles (PLV), Display Shapes, and Reconfigurable Test Shapes (RTS). Shape maintenance occurs on a

weekly basis. Candidate will support maintenance on torpedo shapes at government or contractor sites. The Candidate will
