MANUFACTURING TEAM LEADER - 2ND SHIFT
The Manufacturing Team Leader role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the production process
within a manufacturing facility. This role involves managing a team of operators and technicians to ensure efficient
workflow, adherence to safety standards, and high-quality output. The Team Leader will facilitate communication between
management and team members, monitor production schedules, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
and reduce waste.
