Captive Program Strategy & Operations
* Manage the structure, governance, and regulatory compliance of the company’s captive insurance entities.
* Direct underwriting, reserving, financial reporting, and annual actuarial and audit processes.
* Evaluate expansion opportunities, including new coverage lines, consolidation, or restructuring.
* Serve as the internal expert on captive coverage, risk financing, and emerging insurance solutions.
