About the Role
The Manager of Emergency Management and Preparedness is accountable for the organizations overall planning,
organization, direction, coordination and evaluation of emergency preparedness activities and readiness.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: financial management, quality improvement, staff education
/development, program development, and communication. The incumbent will ensure that RRMC maintains a state of
preparedness for all emergencies, both physical and cyber-related, that would impact operations and the organizations
ability for RRMC to meet organizational goals and responsibilities effectively and efficiently to the communities and
