The primary purpose of this position is to perform duties as the manpower program manager for Active-Duty activities.
Including validating all manpower requirements and managing the use of US Air Force manpower resources. This includes
managing the planning, justifying, budgeting, and defending of manpower within the DOD Planning, Programming, and
Budgeting Execution System.
