About the Role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for day-to-day upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance in an office

setting to ensure a safe, functional, and professional work environment. This role performs routine inspections,

responds to service requests with appropriate urgency, and maintains building systems and interior components, including

basic carpentry, plumbing, lighting, and minor electrical work. The Maintenance Technician also supports HVAC

operations, coordinates with vendors as needed, and ensures compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and
