Gator Investments is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join our team, serving our

shopping plazas and retail centers located in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have a diverse range of technical

skills and experience in construction, with a focus on property maintenance. Experience with commercial properties is

preferred.
