About the Role

We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 100 investment properties throughout Oregon and

Washington. As a team, we accomplish objectives through integrity, leadership, communication, trust, loyalty, quality,

and commitment. We are in need of a maintenance technician for a manufactured home park in Portland.

This is a Part time 25 hours per week hourly position that Includes free housing and free utilities.

Job Summary: Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following

duties.
