About the Role
Reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
Main job tasks and responsibilities
Responsible for responding promptly to resident service calls and completing maintenance items required to prepare
vacant units for new residents in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform minor and routine maintenance and repair on a daily basis (these include):
Electrical and plumbing (including sewer lines).
