MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN III

The Maintenance Technician III performs a variety of tasks related to HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, fleet

vehicle operations, installations, and repair projects. This role includes managing inventory, planning, supervising,

and assisting with daily maintenance operations for mechanical, automotive fleet, and electrical systems. The technician

coordinates project work with outside contractors and vendors, assists with daily work assignments, and ensures

compliance with safety training and occupational standards.
