About the Role
Description:
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Maintenance Technician II who can perform the daily
upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at the 100-unit apartment
communities of The Magnolia I and The Magnolia II. Amenities at this apartment community include BBQ/picnic area,
playground, and a garden.
