Maintenance Technician/ Caretaker

About the Role

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Roving Maintenance Technician to join one of our long-term client’s team at (1)

of their properties in New Ulm, MN (56073). The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience in residential

maintenance, have experience with unit turns, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self-motivated, be able to

organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. Boilers license is required for this role. This role

will be mainly maintenance with some caretaking hours each week as well. This role is contract to hire (90 days before

conversion).
