About the Role
SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, physical
structures, grounds, pipe, and utility systems in the facility. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable
federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Visually inspects and tests air handling machinery and equipment.Reviews work orders to determine work
