About the Role
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and three (3) years of semiskilled or skilled building, mechanical,
groundskeeping, maintenance, and/or construction work experience that includes experience in a supervisory or
lead-worker capacity. Additional education or training may substitute for the work experience on a year for year basis.
Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks and background investigation are required.
