Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead and supervise and work alongside a team of

maintenance technicians, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Oversee preventive maintenance

schedules to minimize downtime and keep equipment in safe working order. Manage day-to-day maintenance operations,

aligning resources with variable production schedules. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and facility

issues using root cause analysis. Coordinate specialized repairs and projects with external contractors. Ensure

compliance with safety standards and lead safety training initiatives. Maintain accurate records of maintenance
