About the Role
MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT NIGHT SHIFT
Gpac is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent to lead our night shift team in a fast-paced food manufacturing
facility. You'll oversee 3 supervisors, 24 mechanics, 4 electricians, and boiler/refrigeration techs, driving
accountability, communication, and a proactive maintenance culture.
What You'll Do:
* Lead, coach, and support the night shift maintenance team.
