Maintenance Staff

About the Role

Maintenance Staff Minimum five years of remodeling experience. Must have a background in general maintenance, may

include lawn care. Responsible for general mechanical and preventative maintenance including servicing. Repair and

overhaul of equipment and facility. Must have knowledge of building maintenance concepts, common safety hazards and

precautions to establish a safe work environment. Skills in using power hand tools to includemanual and finger

dexterity. Construction experience, including backhoe operation, is a plus. Ability to identify problems, recommend

solutions, follow instructions, and to establish and maintain effective working relations with staff and vendors.
