About the Role
Maintenance Specialist (Full Time)
Our maintenance team is looking for an individual to join the team full-time. Provide maintenance, upkeep, and repair of
residential and other properties. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of basic carpentry, painting,
plumbing, and mechanical repair. Individuals will be highly organized and must be able to communicate with staff and
other members of the agency. The candidate will also be responsible for moving and assisting in the transportation of
furniture and equipment; setting up and breaking down desks, and offices, activating and deactivating building
