Maintenance Mechanic
About the Role
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Mechanical repairs of patient/resident equipment
(beds, wheelchairs, bedside tables, gurneys and other hospital and extended care equipment). Service work including but
not limited to: electrical repair or replacement of light receptacles (bulb/ballast replacements), plumbing maintenance
and repair (clogged stools, clogged sinks, etc.), kitchen equipment maintenance and repair of garbage disposal,
dishwasher, food carts and small appliances. Minor repairs of building and equipment, desks, shelving and sheet rock
