About the Role
SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall daily activities, success, problem solving, and budgeting within the Maintenance Department
which also includes the oversight of the company fleet and mechanic. Duties include, but are not limited to,
semi-skilled/skilled maintenance work, janitorial/custodial responsibilities, regulatory inspections, and training of
staff and clients, plus administrative responsibilities. The position requires flexibility of scheduling and the ability
to respond to after hour calls. Safety is always a priority.
