About the Role

Southwest Mansions is seeking a Maintenance Director. This person will have extensive daily interaction with residents

and the public on the company's behalf. This position requires personnel to be professional, courteous, outgoing,

compassionate, and maintain safety procedures at all times. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.

The Maintenance Director is responsible for the oversight of all maintenance/cleaning of the apartment community and all

areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations of the Community.
