About the Role
Sushi Chef Our current Number One priority is finding some strong employees who are familiar with the processes involved
in making sushi. We offer some premium sushi selections on our menu, and are looking for the right people to take up
this position. Line cook Summary of Position: Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other
food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of
food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes
