LIGHT-DUTY LEAD MECHANIC

The Light-Duty Lead Mechanic provides technical leadership and oversight to the other Light-Duty Mechanics, assigning

daily work tasks, monitoring workflow, and ensuring repairs and preventive maintenance are completed efficiently,

safely, and to standard.

This role serves as a working lead, performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on light diesel vehicles and

equipment, including Ford pickups, buses, UTVs, and stationary equipment, while mentoring mechanics and supporting skill
