POSITION SUMMARY:
The LGBTQ+ Finance Director oversees the major donor fundraising efforts for the LGBTQ+ program. The Finance Director
creates and implements a program‑specific finance plan and supports the execution of principal and surrogate travel and
fundraising events. The Finance Director is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with
the program’s top donors and its leadership council.
