Wage Rates

All inside positions start at minimum wage and raises are given upon completion of training evaluations completed by

team member and manager. For assistants this ranges in Southern Oregon from $14.70-$17.01. Monthly bonuses are offered

if criteria and responsibilities are met- they are not guaranteed.
