Job Summary:
The Leasing Specialist is responsible for managing the leasing process and ensuring compliance with USDA Rural
Development , HUD , and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements. This role involves marketing
available units, screening applicants, completing income certifications, and maintaining accurate documentation to meet
regulatory standards. The Leasing Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, providing
exceptional customer service while supporting occupancy goals and program compliance.
