LEAD PERSON

Chief Buildings is seeking a Lead Person to join the Chief team. In this role, you will support daily operations by

working alongside team members while serving as a backup to the department supervisor. You'll help maintain a safe and

productive work environment, enforce quality and production standards, and provide coaching and guidance to team

members. This position plays a key role in resolving issues, reducing scrap, and ensuring an organized, detail-focused
